tanong ko lang po kung anung pdate ng ivsta ung kailangang idownload para compatible na ung vista ko sa smart bro tnx..

Depende sa Smart Bro mo, kung Plan 999 no problem kahit ano OS mo pwede kahit Vista. pero kung Plan 799 or Smart Bro prepaid update mo Vista mo to Service Pack 1 or higher.

hello! Patulong naman mag set up ng network. Im a smart bro subscriber gusto ko i share yung connection ko using edimax wireless-g broadband router pero so far hindi ako maka connect. then i tried using my edimax switch fast ethernet naka connect ako but kung gagamit yung ibang pc eh nadidisconnect naman yung iba and laging lumalabas yung portal site ng smart. help naman po. thanks a lot!

Kung gamit mo wireless router, you should check the ff:
1. The smart bro connection dapat naka connect sa WLAN or INTERNET port sa likod ng router.
2. Kaylangan mo rin i-connect laptop or desktop using wireless LAN card.
Usually auto-detect setting ng mga router so kapag properly connected ang smart bro sa likod ng router mo (WLAN or INTERNET port) ok na! madali nalang mag-connect sa wireless LAN.
* when using a switch you will always be prompted with the smart portal website. kaylangan mo gumamit ng Internet connection sharing (ICS) built-in into sa windows.
kapag router kasi gamit mo sya na bahala mag-share ng connection, kapag switch naman kaylangan pa na yung isang pc mo maging server sa lahat ng naka connect using ICS.

pa2long po. gmgmit ako ng Smart Bro 999 at nkconnect ito sa Edimax router gngmit for 2 PC. eto prblema, pg direct ung smart bro to 1 PC pde nya open all sites pro pg connect na cya sa router andaming sites nde mabuksan. ung config ng router naka clone MAC. thanks.
You may want to check yung DHCP settings ng router. It should be set to obtain ip address automatically.
If that still doesn't work. you may want to set static DNS. FYI you may also us Open DNS para mabilis.

Routers have no compativility problem with what ever ISP. As long as may IP address ka. Wifi Lan Card pwede wireless router mo kahit anong brand. (m_m)

pano po kaya magamit ng sabay yung pc sa internet, kasi ang nangyayari ay kapag ginamit yung 1 PC, yung kabila naman ang nawawalan ng net?

2 pcs: xp and vista home
router: dlink (not wifi) with printer port
connected ang smartbro sa LAN1... yung lan cables ng 2 pc, sa LAN2 and LAN3 ports. Gumana before, nakakapagnet kami ng sabay. pero once na nglogin logout, balik sa umpisa. lumalabas po yung portal site ng smart para enter ulit ung account details. paulit ulit po on both pcs...
both pcs naka-auto detect ng ip at dns since un nmn po tlga settings n bngay ng smart...
may WAN port po sa router.
ano po ba kelangan namin gawin? it's a pain in the ass na po na we have to on/off ung switch ng router then enter yung account details sa smartbro portal site...

i have a problem with my router(tl-wa901nd), im using smart bro canopy, everytime i connect i get redirected to the snart bro activation site. sometimes. only one gadget/computer can access the internet.
